Nags Head - North Kesteven

Excellent sunday roast delivered today from the Nags head heckington. a lot when eat and cake hot. thanks steve and team

Not too sure that the missing reviews for this pub. located in the center of the village heckington, the pub has a very prominent position and potential. Although a bit shady around the edges the main public areas were clean and tidy. the fish and chips were of excellent quality and delivered quite quickly to the table. there were no other meal in the offer and nothing to suspect that food is available at other times. Of course, I am sure that all this is addressed by the current operators and I will call again for my Friday lunch appointment.

We were feeling very hungry when we arrived in Nags head and decided to dine at a restaurant based on the reviews we read on Trip Advisor. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that they were not serving any food. This made us question the authenticity of the reviews. However, we still enjoyed the pub atmosphere, the selection of good ales, and the genuine feel of the place.

The nags head doesn't look like a gastropub, but eating feels like it, we've been several times and the meals were excellent. Sunday evening dinners are good and very cheap, so try them, but the restaurant meals are better. the restaurant is. steve the renter is a nice guy, we will be back and forth, really good value and some chances on the menu, go well and have a look, never had some of the meats before

Visited at the Easter weekend but just for a drink as only just moved to the area. Was delighted and charmed by the place so after a rubbish day at work we decided to come in for an impromptu dinner. We were not disappointed. The...staff are very polite and friendly as are the patrons who seem to be regulars. The food was well presented and delicious to boot. The twice cooked chips were so fluffy and brown a definate recommend. Hubby had the veg burger which was in no way lacking in flavour. My original choice was out of stock which means I have another excuse to visit not that I need one.
