Donut King - North Kansas City

My family and I were Donut King fans as long as I remember. Donut King was, as I told my mother, that her first grandson was on her way. So it just felt right that we order before the time for our Drive-by Baby Shower! Our fresh, warm, bulk order of donuts was included with a sweet handwritten note and a baby bumper sticker. I was so happy but unsurpassed to see that they went beyond and beyond (as usual). The donuts were a big hit and I still get texts from friends and family who practice how delicious their drive-by look was. Thank you. Donut King Staff!

Wow, quite large donut place, tons of choice and interesting offers including the famous cronut in various flavors such as strawberry cheesecake, peanut and butter and jelly, and birthday cake. Overall, I don't feel like it's hard at Gimmicks, who don't really work as many newer donut sites seem to be. Also has a drive-thru option that is nice because when I went on Saturday at 11:30 this stripe mall was packed. Speaking of, most donut shops would have decimated their selection up to this time of the day, but Donut King was still loaded with an impressive inventory.

Great customer service! I really enjoyed the selection of delicious tasting donuts! I think these are pie donuts and some might be different. Yum! I had a peanut butter and a strawberry that was very rich in taste. The first time I came in there was a mature silver hair beautiful lady who took her time to share the variety of pastries. So many to choose....I appreciate their patience and professionalism. There was a guy who served me the second time with a smile and offers quality service. It was a pleasure to find this jewel of a place. There are a variety of drinks such as coffee and some other drinks.

Wide selection of donuts and they have a drive thru! Perfect to stop while playing at ReRoll Tavern because they are late open.

My favorite donut place ever. Been going here since I was a child, when the business used to be on Chouteau. Even now, it's some of the best tasting donuts in Kansas City. Staff is wonderful. Lobby is clean. Bavarian and jelly donuts are amazing. The cinnamon rolls are divine. Seriously. This donut shop is so good.
