You will be ignored by the teenage workers. Don’t worry, while you wait 15 minutes past the pickup time you can hear all about high school and the boys on the football team. I get that teenagers are teenagers, but the manager was in this conversation too. Do better.

Never has anything in stock. Time to replace management with someone who can actually forecast demand.

This Panera is pretty decent, though the staff is sometimes not the best. It’s usually good service half the time you come here. Though when it’s good, it’s really good! Just depends who’s working I guess. Food is pretty good, I quite enjoy the cinnamon crunch bagels and green tea! It can be busy depending on the time of day, and a lot of the time, the tables are dirty, which is understandable. The prices for some of the food are a bit high for the amount you get, especially for the overall quality of the food. Overall though, it’s a good place to grab food if you want something quick, but for the prices, might be better to eat at a restaurant if you have the time.Parking: No issues with parking since it’s right near Target and Giant Eagle. Even when it’s busy, the worst you have to do is park a little further and walk a bit!

We came at 9am for breakfast…. They were completely sold out of bagels already and when another patron asked the worker if there would be more bagels she was incredibly rude and yelled “this is the third day in a row that we sold out of bagels”…. We weren’t interested in being lectured about their inability to keep their store stocked so we left to find breakfast elsewhere.
