Kalbi - NORTH HOBART

For those who only associate Asian cuisine with Chinese, Japanese, or Thai food, Kalbi provides a wonderful introduction to the unique flavors of Korean cuisine. This restaurant is known for its spicy dishes, bold flavors, and speciality BBQ (Gu-Yi). Meat lovers will enjoy the delicious beef ribs, fried chicken, and pork dishes, but there are also Vegan and Gluten free options available. Kalbi also offers a Take Away menu for convenience. Dishes are infused with red peppers, garlic, soy sauce, and green onions, as well as Kimchi (a zesty and spicy fermented pickled cabbage), crispy tofu, and other delicious accompaniments. Dining at Kalbi is a truly unique experience, set in a fantastic location and served by a friendly and attentive staff.

I went to this new restaurant in North Hobart last night looking for something different. I will definitely be returning soon. The food was incredible, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was charming. I highly recommend this place.

This is my go-to spot for dining in North Hobart. The food is always fresh, delicious, and authentic, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Plus, it's becoming increasingly rare to find a BYO option in North Hobart!
