Perfect! The meals were delicious and also very generous portions. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests. And everyone was so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. We will definitely return

This is a little jewel! they have an over 55’s menu at midday not that I still, but can not wait now menu is traditional pub food, not fancy, but fresh, well prepared and tasty. it has tried so much at the end to try it at three visits in a week! a mixed grill for under £ 8.00 that contains a rump steak, a lamb snell, a pork snap, two sausages, much speck, a fresh cute, sauce potatoes and by lettuce! the meat was cooked for perfection and they apparently serve a larger mixed grill for under £12.00, which offers even more meat, not that it needs! Many regular show that this is a great sound and great worth!

Ate here twice whilst staying locally at the air b&b in the village. Came as it was local and easy walking distance. On both occasions the food was fab. Loved the feel of the pub. Very welcoming. Quiet and friendly. Thank you

Visited Saturday 10th July for an anniversary meal . First time visit, very happy with food , hot , very well cooked and very tasty . Service was excellent and very polite . First pint of Doom Bar tasted a little vinegary, but landlord explained it was the last of the old barrel and a new one was just on , and replaced it without question. Can't fault anything, and will definitely be back . Thank-you.
