Chick-fil-a - North Haven

Food is always good, consistent, and quick to arrive, and the staff is always extremely pleasant and attentive. Staff checked up on us multiple times after we got our food, which is something I've rarely experienced in fast food.

I am very disappointed about my food, the service and employees are great and very respectful I haven’t ordered in a while because the quality of the food is not good, it’s not the same as it was the lettuce looks like it’s been sitting there for a while and the toppings seem like they are put in with tweezers and the chicken in almost FROZEN I am very disappointed at the North Haven Chick-Fil-A because of it’s food quality because before I could save half of my salad and it was actually lettuce just not the stems of the lettuce and they also put cabbage in there I’m only giving one start because there personal is nice and I tried given them a second chance but it still was bad I haven’t bought from here for over a year and a half and yet today the food is still the same trash quality but again I really am disappointed in the food and here is a picture of proof

Usually, I get the crispy chicken nugget meal. I have tried the chicken sandwich, and both are a hit. Line is somewhat a wait, but it is always worth it. Also, I love my cookie and cream milkshake. ? Lemonade is usually good, my first go-to with the meal. I'm just happy to have a location in CT. The one located in the casino doesn't hit the same.Parking: Parking gets a little crazy when the drive thru is busy. But there are plenty of spaces to park at the restaurant and also close by

The food is great and there fries are delicious and it is a lot of fries in such a small box also the service was great and the people are very helpful while we were there my sister lost something and they were very helpful to find it going out of there way to move things around just to find it very happy would definitely
