The Orange Box - NORTH FREMANTLE

This is a very casual place. We came late but we’re encouraged to leave early before the closing time. However the menu choice was good.

Usually love this place but the food quality has changed recently. The food in the cabinet is often not fresh eg. chicken/ avocado wraps made day before so avocado is black and mushy- yucky! Gentle feedback has been given but day-old wraps continue to be served. Coffee was watery and lacked taste. I know that it’s been hard to get staff so that may be the issue but there needs to be an improvement in the quality of the food. No more black and mushy avocado wraps for $12.50! Please make them fresh every day and donate any leftovers when cafe closes at 3 pm. Don’t serve them up the next day! The brownies were dry and stale. Disappointing!

I really enjoy the laid-back atmosphere and pet-friendly environment at Orange Box. The food is delicious and the live music adds to the overall experience. The wait staff are average, not overly friendly but not rude either. I highly recommend Orange Box for a relaxing morning after a swim. More places like this should exist in Perth, with our wonderful weather and beach lifestyle.

Extremely poor costumer service with a very aggressive owner… I was over charged for an already expensive coffee $6.20 Dirty Chai with my own keep Cup), the owner then proceeded to shout at me telling me how little money he makes. Coffee and location lovely owner needs to learn not to shout at customers

Have been grabbing food here after swimming lessons at the beach. It’s been absolutely crazy busy but despite this the atmosphere and the staff are just lovely. Great coffee, really nice chai, heaps of yummy vegan, gluten free and healthy options. Big shout out to the staff for keeping it together in the school holiday chaos!
