Starbucks - North Fort Myers

Friendly service. Glad to see they brew decaf coffee, as some Starbucks do not. Iced tea was weak, so ask for it with no water if you want to taste anything.

Cara has been absolutely amazing with my orders. I usually have some complicated orders and even just abstract things like ?iced, lots of caffeine; sweet? and she has worked miracles with not just basic drinks, but add ons and such to make it just perfect. I specifically drive out of my way to go to this store because of how well all my drinks have been made.

This has been my local Starbucks for years, and they have absolutely lost my business at this location. For starters, I waited, almost an hour just to get my one drink. When I get to her window, they don?t even acknowledge or apologize for how long it?s been. They tell me they?re out of the vanilla cold foam because they don?t have any foam.. I worked for starbucks for TWO years. Foam is not an ingredient. The cold foam can be made. They simply didn?t want to. The service received was not the normal starbucks I?ve encountered going there for years. Their behavior wasn?t acceptable for a Starbucks. Done going here.

This parking lot and drive-thru is a lawsuit waiting to. There?s always cars that can?t back out of their parking spots because of the drive-thru line and that backs up the drive-thru line because there is nowhere for those cars to go.

My 1st visit in this location. Ordered 2 identical drinks via app and picked up at the window. Pickup was smooth and less than 5 mns waiting(6:10pm . The barista confirmed with me if I ordered 2 drinks for right. She was so sweet (why didn't I ask her name? and friendly, didn't mind walking to get popcorn bags for me when I asked if they were sold out (the app said so . I'll be back for sure! Btw, the drive way is somewhat puzzling as other customers mentioned. Careful driving here????
