Domino's Pizza - North Fort Myers

My order was incorrect, and the staff were very rude. They also damaged my lava cakes. They only offered me store credit instead of a refund. There's no way I'm ever ordering from there again!

I always order from this Domino's and the food is consistently fantastic. Everything was wonderful tonight, so I made sure to call and let the manager know how perfect everything was. Keep up the great work! Thank you for always ensuring that everything is cooked perfectly and delivered just right. This is the best Domino's to go to!

The manager, Sam, was quite helpful, but the app isn't functioning properly, and the pizza was burnt—this has happened twice now. The staff mentioned that the oven was too hot, but their concerns seemed to go unheard. I attempted to use the "coming inside" feature, but it also didn't work. While the team inside is working very hard, they don't seem to receive much support.

Around 2 months ago I swore to myself I would never order from here again after I saw an employee come out of the back room sucking food off of his fingers and go right back to work. I decided to give them another try because the store is close and Iwas in a rush, big mistake. I ordered 2 items online, according to the tracker and text messages it had been in the oven for 3min and they called me to tell me half my order was out of stock, ok things happen I'll keep my pizza and cancel the browniecookie. 5 min after receiving the text it's boxed and ready to go they try to ring me up for $15 when I ordered a 7.99 pizza, Iwas also told at this point it wasn't ready to wait. I refused to pay $15 then another employee tried to charge me $12 and afterrefusing that a third employee finally charged me $7.99 after they attempted to replace my brownie cookie with a chocolate lavacake I told them I didn't want and charge me for that as well. While I waited more than 5 min for my order that was supposedlyready before I arrived another customer canceled their order and walked out because she became so frustrated with them. Therewere a bunch of employees in the store but it seems like no one knows what's going on and they definitely didn't care aboutcustomer service because I was almost the 2nd customer to walk out without their order. If you want fast delivery call PapaJohn's and if you want fast carry out go to Little Ceasers.

You have 10 people working and yet nobody is running the operation. I have concerns over how the food is being made also, no gloves were worn, and I saw cross contamination in progress. This place is not running a clean healthy envirement, not handwashing either. I doubt I can go back to this location and if your going to take down a barrier to make a more open space, makesure that your staff looks good and clean, is staff appropriately, dressed correctly, and follows safe food practices, you wouldnot pass a health inspection
