Truly Scrumptious

I will no longer be returning to this restaurant. I have dined here four times and the food and drinks were average. However, during a recent visit, I was shocked to see a staff member and some customers smoking electronic cigarettes at the bar, then handling beer glasses and ice tongs without washing their hands. This is unacceptable hygiene. Additionally, I have noticed one of the staff members, a girl with ginger hair and glasses, regularly taking smoke breaks without washing her hands afterward. This behavior has lowered my opinion of this establishment. I am disappointed to witness this lack of cleanliness, as I used to enjoy coming here. I would like an explanation as to why smoking electronic cigarettes was allowed, and reassurance that proper hygiene practices will be followed in the future.

My partner and I visited the Lounge for a few drinks on a Friday afternoon. The only outdoor seating available was located next to a noisy main road, which made for a less than relaxing experience. The drinks we ordered were overpriced and the service was terrible. It was evident that the staff had no interest in serving us. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The food was moldy and poorly presented. I had a terrible experience with the staff, who were so rude. The place was dirty and overall horrible. I would not recommend dining here and will not be returning.

The homemade chips were excellent. It's a nice place to sit and relax. The food and service were good.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is clean, and it's definitely worth a visit.
