The Old Mill Supper Club (dorset)

Good service and excellent food choice in a unique setting, highly recommended for that special occasion.

The venu is beautiful and warm and obviously very authentic, especially an old mill from 100 years. tastefully modernized with an old feeling. very warm welcome from the personal and to feel comfortable. we had a great time and the staff were attentive, friendly and happy to pamper our quirky party. the evening menu was nice, but surprisingly not big in its appetizers or main choices, but that should not always be the case....more is not a klempner line to meet a judgment about the food, menu etc. the starters were well presented and we all had something else. the served our taste buds..the mushroom filled with goat cheese was very tasty, but was only warm to eat .and the mushroom was not huge compared to the £8.95 . the net was a selection of different cuts of pork served with a selection of sweet and a roasted fondant potato....(see photo) what I must say is (that is not to say the portions were meager) they were right, but I could easily ate 2 as it was so good....

Fantastic eating (and very generous portions! . really interesting. no cheap night, but it's worth it. I had to start the spade and garnel and the swarm for my main course, absolutely no place for pudding unfortunately left!

I visited last night for the first time with a colleague who was many times before and had made high expectations. these expectations were not only met, but exceeded. the personal was friendly and gave fantastic recommendations. we were ready to feel welcome. the whole experience was not even eating was exceptional and the service was perfect. I want to bring my wife back for the same experience I have received. many thanks to all employees of the old mill:

This is the family and friends 'go to ' for just about any occasion. Great food, service and atmosphere always. On our latest visit, hats off to our waitress, Mary, thank you for making us feel at home. Have already booked again!
