Nice room and staff, friendly clean eating ok my apple cake was not warmed, but all else was good. staff ask how everything else was nice beautiful rooms outsideviews were nice and toilets clean. vegetarian options good dairy alternative oknur so nice to have a meeting

I ordered land sandwich and I was said waiting time is 35 minutes! simply ridiculous.

Large breakfast stone cold they cooked again and guess what stone cold again ... coffee luke warm .. we have here a few times always egg boil wrong and food room temperature .. will order salat immediately

Wasting their time or moneylitanei of problems, including hours long wait for drinks, manager, the bad girls at their first day for delays, ordering to wrong table sent and ignored and more. all of them are clearly from a terrible administration

Good food and the presentation was very nice but very very poor experience. customer service was appalling waited 40 minutes for 3 drinks and staff were rude when ordering and when asking where the drinks were the waitress cut us off with rude and agressive comments. it wasn't very busy so i don't see why it was such a wait for two shakes and a coke.
