Sheetz - North Chesterfield

I may be biased because I worked here for the last 2 years (well okay, I am biased), but nonetheless, let me talk about this store for a moment. Long before I worked here, I would often come to this Sheetz ? since it first opened, in fact! I can remember coming here as a kid and always craving the delicious milkshakes made by SBC (Sheetz Bros Coffee). It has been my one-stop shop for many years for gas and a quick bite to eat, and since I turned 21, even for a nice selection of beverages. This store has never disappointed. But having been on the inside as well, I have seen firsthand what it takes to run a store which easily serves 500 plus people a day, 24/7. Let me tell you, it?s not easy. The amount of things to be done every hour of every day without any closing time? Time to clean, restock, and get things ready for another day of business? There is no such thing with a 24/7 business model. It?s honestly a miracle that it all gets done each and every day without fail. And the people here are some of the kindest, most genuine folks that you will ever meet. They care about making your experience the best possible and resolving any issues you might face. They won?t let you down. If it seems like things aren?t running smoothly, give them the benefit of the doubt, because they?re probably just having a bad day either from pure exhaustion or trying to meet a rush while understaffed. But believe me when I say that they care, and Kelli is one of the best store managers you will ever counter at any store, anywhere. I am an unashamed Sheetz Freak for life!

I've been going to this block for years and never got bad food. To this day. I decided to order something else and ordered a grilled pack and pommes. When I took a bite, I noticed that the taste was gone, but it was up to something I didn't have. After all, it looked down and It did not see boiled all the way. Destroyed my appetite for the day.

Order here very often and when I say that they are very nice, patient and respectful, I mean it. If there is a problem with an order (which does not happen often, very rarely) they try their absolute best to solve the problem. Without rudeness. Nothing as kindness and smile. Will definitely continue to this sheet. Fantastic customer service that comes from the night shift people.

Waited 15 minutes for a mobile job that was done all the time. You didn't call it out or put it on the mobile order kiosk. The food was kind of cold. Go somewhere else with your money.

Today I visited this establishment and encountered an issue with my order, (it was very much a rushed due to the large amount of orders which is understandable) I kindly asked Ms Masooun to fix my order and not only was she helpful, she was incredibly genuine and made sure to remake it, when I didn't ask. She also Double blended my wife's smoothie, which is understandably an odd ask aswell!! She was so phenomenal, and deserves a raise and/or promotion. Most definitely will be coming back, and giving my patronage to this store.
