Krystal is one of the most dedicated employees I've ever met. She exudes positivity and always greets customers with a warm smile, making sure they feel valued. Her amazing talent for connecting with people and meeting their needs really sets her apart. I truly appreciate the care she shows to everyone and the effort she puts into ensuring we have a wonderful experience. Having Krystal around always lifts my spirits. I would happily visit every day just to be served by her. I highly recommend stopping by to see her incredible work ethic and exceptional skills for yourself.

In the past, I’ve walked in only to find staff laughing and chatting in the back while I waited two to three minutes for service. One lesson I learned: never suggest sharing your food; you definitely don’t want that negative vibe! Thankfully, with Ciara at the helm, that seems to be a thing of the past. I also received incorrect information from one of the new employees, who told me I was only allowed one scoop of food. That’s definitely not the case, especially given the price. Even more puzzling, she told me I couldn't have any more eggplant because they needed to save it for the next day, even though it was nearly closing time. One would think they prepare their food fresh daily, so what’s really happening? It’s frustrating that no one seems to have the corporate number on hand; I’ve asked several times. I truly hope that with Manager Ciara doing such a great job, they can identify and address these issues to enhance the overall experience.

It’s odd because, at first glance, the bright colors can give the impression of a clean place, but once you look closer, it's obvious that neglect is a common issue. In summary, while the food is acceptable, the small portions and untidy environment leave much to be desired. I think it’s safe to say that I won’t be coming back to this location.

Krystal is amazing, and I really love Mezeh. Ever since I found it, I can't get enough! The food is incredibly tasty, with a diverse selection of options available. The portions are generous, so I always leave with leftovers. The staff at this location is exceptionally friendly. It's genuinely a wonderful spot for healthy and flavorful meals. I come here often, and I think you should check it out too!
