We went back in and they told us they were also out of roles. we were told that a refund will be issued in 24-48 hours, but they did not even ask our name or what our full order was. we asked to ride wings hard they were wet and soggy. Don't think I'll come back for a while.
WARNING!!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!! AVOID the RIVERS AVE location!!!!! I originally ordered through the Wingstop website to have my food delivered. An error message popped up and it said transaction failed try again. I did. It charged my account twice. I went up to the store and showed the manager. She said without a confirmation it won't go through. So I placed an order and signed for it. While waiting I could hear the employees talking about the customers. The employees were rude and if you ask for a name, they wont tell you. OVER an hour later, I got my order of 40 wings. Don't get me wrong the food is good but not $180 good or good enough to deal with rude employees to include the manager. After a couple hours passed, I checked my bank account again and 3 charges went through. When I called customer service, they informed me they didn't know if I would get a refund or not. $135 error, that should be refunded immediately but NO. As far as I'm concerned, they are stealing my money!!! I am done with Wingstop. Wild Wings is only 2 minutes further down the road.
Who's your manager? Last 3 times an order placed here and when I show up, my order is not even started. And after ETA was a 30-minute waiting period. This is unacceptable. And FYI, your employees use the phone as a personal phone. Get it together!
The food is good, but I put my order online. He waited 20 minutes, went to them to do it at this point. My real only problem was to stare everyone at the back without gloves.
Management is terrible The staff was very rude and had no respect for the customer. The dress code was very out (no hair net or gloves) and could possibly violate health rules. The tables were very annoying and inconvenient. The service time took a long time and was unorganized. It took about 40-50 minutes to get my order. To add this terrible experience, the food was very fat, cold and unpleasant. I am very disappointed about this visit and must not participate in this establishment until these problems are faced.
