Wendy's - North Charleston

The drive-thru was my only option, and surprisingly, it wasn't even busy. I inquired about the interior being open, but of course, it was closed. So, I decided to go elsewhere. I had requested that my food be fresh, but it seemed like the person at the drive-thru was annoyed by that. They did say to have a nice day, but I hope the overall service improves.

The food was great! However, the sandwich was a bit messy due to the amount of mayo and ketchup, and the tomato was a little soggy. Despite the messiness, it was delicious. I also noticed that Wendy's fries have improved significantly compared to before.

I ordered two burgers, but neither had bacon as requested. When I called to address the issue, the employee was quite rude. It’s essential to hire staff who are dedicated to their jobs to avoid potential problems for your restaurant.

5/6/19 I made a mobile order and I checked at 1:11, but my food was not ready until 1:40. I notice that the cash registers are standing around or doing jobs that made them look busy without doing the job. While their other co-workers work more to cover their lack of work. She also skipped commands on the screen so that 7 8 people had to wait at the switch for their food. She was very eager to press this button and tell everyone that she does so much when she was clear? I had to go to her and ask if my order was even on board because the waiting was ridiculous. After her return, she told me? Yes and it was done.? When an employee noticed that she had also skipped commands, and so many people waited in front. Then they had no water bottles, so when I asked for a refund, they didn't bother to get the manager and continue with the line. I had to draw the manager's attention. I'm glad I came out when I did it because I was frustrated in her actions that her colleagues had messed up and irritated, how lazy she was. Eating is always great, but man was so hard. I wish I had names, but I had to get out.

Since you asked. The food was good, but you were from Pommes. What fast food chain is from Pommes?? No full salads. The full price for missing items. Bad management to not order enough food to cover the weekend.
