Pitte's Coffee - North Charleston

Coorg Indian Cafe is absolutely fantastic! As a big fan of Indian cuisine, I highly recommend giving this wonderful restaurant a try. I ordered the chicken curry, while my friend enjoyed the paneer tikka masala. We also sampled the naan, rice pilaf, samosas, and spicy fries. We were both really impressed by the authenticity of this family-run Indian restaurant.

Only one laugh, but it was lovely! the coffee beans are cultivated on the family farm in the indies, on which veranda dried, then roasted here before place. the taste is rich and sturdy. I love dark coffee, so I was more than satisfied! price point is a little higher at $4 for a small (only option), but so it is worth for the occasional treatment. enjoy yourself and enjoy!

Great place to eat. eating was very tasteful with good portions. must try if they like Indian food.

Recently visited for dinner. eating was very good. the chicken and lamb sauces in the style of coorg were definitiw various aromes from the usual restaurants of the region north indien and the pork dish was very unique. this is a welcome addition to the very limited Indian restaurant scene in the charleston area. I have to say that I wanted to try this place and read the reviews since I heard in the january of the opening. it seems that they have several dings from their menu that previous reviewers have lined over, for example the goat and dosas. I think they are still switching their menu and working, so I can only hope that they will return, perhaps as day-of-the-week specials, if not regular items.

We were thrilled to find a flyer for this restaurant in our mailbox! Being big fans of Indian cuisine, we've really missed it since moving to MP from Chicago. The food was fantastic! I had the spicy Chicken Tikka Masala, which I appreciated for being flavorful without being overly creamy or heavy. The entrée was served with rice, along with cooked broccoli and carrots. My husband, who typically avoids vegetables, declared the carrots the highlight of his meal. We also enjoyed the chutneys and the coffee. Next time, we'll make sure to save room for dessert! The dinner portions were so generous that we have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The staff was friendly and attentive as well. We’ll definitely return and will recommend this place to our friends!
