You wouldn't answer the phone to tell them I was on my way. I didn't get my sandwich. I used the contact function they have on their website to mail the store. They called me back the next day and told me they would make my order for free for my meal tonight. I went in and they understood and made things right. Besides, the staff is super friendly. Keep the good work
This is by far one of my worst experiences I had in a firehouse subdivision. Firehouse is one of my favorite franchises, and that was a great disappointment. Customer service is not existent, the workers are confrontative, and the main shift even had animal fur on its apron. I had the opportunity to be in North Charleston for military training, but can certainly say that I will drive elsewhere to go to Firehouse instead of here.
Since and the staff that was all women were more concerned about a male client who was one of the young lady either dating, broke with, or tried to date. The young lady in the register focused on her conversation about my order
Nice place to eat outdoors! The farm is magnificent; plenty of space under the shadow of a majestic old oak tree. I loved the gentle breeze when she was pushed through the Spanish moss. The street outside can sometimes be a bit loud, but for a quick moment of refreshment and escape this sandwich shop is worth it.
Can?t say enough great things about this place. Order on the app once every other week and Russell and his team make the experience amazing! Aside from the orders always being right (delicious) and ready on time, you walk away feeling good solely due to the courtesy and happy customer service they consistently deliver.
