Fiery Crab Juicy Seafood

We went for my son?s birthday and brought our own small cake to surprise him after dinner. The restaurant was very accommodating and even went as far as to take the cake in the back, light the candles, bring it out to the table, and sang their birthday song. My son was so confused...he thought the cake came from the restaurant! This was coordinated through our server, Sarah. She was very accommodating and attentive! The food was great, overall fabulous experience! Highly recommended!

The food was awesome and our server Greg was fantastic! He went above and beyond what I expected and even changed one of the televisions to a kids channel for my niece. We?ll definitely be coming back soon!

Food was good but confusing. 1/3 crawfish boil 1/3 American and 1/3 Asian. Service was great up until fight broke out (some of the regulars don't like crying babies).

Customer service was not great. I first tried to order online. A few minutes after submitting my order, an employee called and completely canceled my order because they didn't have one of the items that I wanted. After failing to find another place to eat, I walked in and placed a takeout order in person. The hostess wasn't very friendly, but my food arrived fairly quickly which was good. I just don't think I'd eat here again. I ordered the seafood gumbo, which was very underwhelming. It was basically all broth (more like a soup), with tons of celery and barely any seafood. And it was way too spicy. I couldn't taste any other flavor besides spice. Thankfully, I also ordered sweet potato fries, which were the best part of the whole experience

North Charleston Location (Tanger Outlets)....Hostess didn't even acknowledge us. The music was blaring where I had to raise my voice to have a conversation across the table. The music was rap/ hip hop switching between local radio station to a connected phone or device and inappropriate for restaurant atmosphere. The TVs in the bar was set to BET instead of more inclusive sports programming. This is all before the food... SALTY... I mean face puckering SALTY. My wife used the restroom and said it was disgusting. If I could rate 0 stars this would get it. The worst I have seen in a restaurant in my life.
