Domino's Pizza - North Charleston

Took 2 hours to get my food delivered. im not that far

The pizza is normally cooked really good for what it is.

My daughter ordered her pizza at 10:25 pm for delivery. The estimated time for delivery was 11:15 pm. My daughter called at 12:30 to check and was told the order was leaving the store. Here it is 3:02 AM. Went to the store because the tracker showed the drive circling the store, leaving and going back to the store without delivering the food. My daughter went in and a ugly KAREN was standing there looking at her crazy. My daughter proceeded to tell her that she was coming to check on her order and pick it up because it had not yet arrived after 5 HOURS. She proceeded to go into detail about being short staffed, she only has 2 drivers, and she cancelled the order. I asked if she was the manager she said I'M THE GENERAL MANAGER. I asked what her name was she said I don't have to tell you that so get out of my store. I said excuse me? She then threatened to call 911. REALLY????? I WON'T GIVE UP REACHING OUT TO COOPERATE UNTIL I REACH SOMEONE. THERE'S NO WAY YOU HAVE THE IGNORANT, UNPROFESSIONAL GIRL REPRESENTING DOMINOS.

If I could post a 0 star rating I would. This is our second time we had a horrible experience with this Dominos. The first time, the order took over around 1.5 hours to get delivered at 4pm. We were estimated 30 minutes when we ordered it. When it was delivered, it was obvious it had been sitting for a long time. It was not even warm.Tonight, we decided to give them another chance. We ordered a pizza at 6:40. We were estimated delivery in 45-57 minutes. After calling twice and being ensured it was on its way 2 hours later, we come to find out they delivered it to the wrong house. We have a kid and now it’s past his bedtime. At least we know we can’t go wrong with peanut butter and jelly. NEVER ordering from this store again. So disappointing.
