Boxcar Betty's - North Charleston

When I entered the square at 19:53, the place was cleaned to close at 20:00. The place was still clean when you enter the place. Customer service was exceptional when I placed the order. I asked about the rewards and if it was still available. I was informed that the rewards were still separated from the restaurant. However, the system had technical difficulties during the day and my number was not found. It looks like one of the employees is ready to go, but I didn't like how he was acting because I was on the machine like two minutes. However, I canceled my order and requested a refund, and advise them I would go somewhere to eat. I thank them for the execeptional customer service at the POS and left. Refund was made at 8 p.m.

I will say service quickly and friendly and the food was good. It's kind of at the top, I have a chicken sandwich, French fries and a tea and my total amount was around $18.

Man, this place is not cheap, but honestly, it's never disappointed. Do not try this place if you starve to death unless you are rich. But on this note I never regretted that I just spent $10 on a fried chicken sandwich. You get what you pay for. If you want a real roasted chicken sandwich, come here, drive right past the Fast Food Joints. And the sweet potato fries are like a dessert, not a joke. No restaurant is perfect, but this is pretty close.

Wow! This was our first time at Boxcar Betty’s,... what a great experience! My children said on a scale from 1 to 10 it was a million! Love the light bread on the chicken! Love the sweet chili sauce! I wish they had them in Florida!

Unprofessional management threatening to fire employees on the spot in front of customers (me. Not sure of her name but some short lady with short brown hair and tattoos. Just made everything feel uncomfortable. Felt so bad for the cashier. Food was good but won’t be back.Food: 3/5
