Service that went above and beyond! And the chicken was hot and juicy

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Jasmine was so extremely rude from the moment she demanded we be patient and that we just needed to give her a minute when I had commented to another person in the car I wasn’t sure if the intercom for the drive thru was working because we had been sitting there for several minutes and no one had acknowledged it yet and I wondered if I needed to just pull up to the window. She was rude throughout the ordering process. And I was only ordering one meal and an extra biscuit sandwich. Then when she took our order and got it wrong she was so extremely rude at the window when I asked for it to be corrected (which I made sure to ask very nicely despite the fact her tone and the way she talked down to me was extremely belittling. She clearly should not be in a customer service industry. She did not like being around people and it showed. I will not be returning to this establishment again.
