Arby's - North Charleston

Stopped by this Arbys after one of my *sets*Boy I say they really do have the meats!

Arbys is normally really good, but this one wasn't that great, the bathrooms were poorly maintained and them taking my order took a out fifteen minutes to start. Following that they completely forgot about me and put it in a door dash order. At least two of the workers were high off there mind.

Hardly any meat on my Reuben sandwich. I ordered crinkle fries and got curly fries that looked and tasted like they'd been put back in the fryer to make them warm. The $1 roast beef slider was ok but I didn't care for the flavor of the biscuit. I try and support restaurants, but have not had much luck with fast food. Jersey Mike's always good.

EDIT: Drove past on 1/5/2022, and sadly they are closed. Really was craving one of their salads and a jamocha shake, and didn't have time to go to the one near Otranto. Sad to see it go!Always have a wonderful experience here. I go a couple times a month while I'm working across the street, and they know me by name. Always clean, fast and friendly service, delicious sandwiches!

I am finished with Arby's in the lower part of SC....today my son wanted a beef and cheddar so we visited this establishment. I could see 1 car in the rear of the parking lot so I knew that they were not busy. I arrived at the drive thru speaker waiting to be told to provide my order. I waited for 4 minutes before I decided to drive off. As I was passing the side windows of the business, I could see that all the employees were sitting in the dinning room. It's when they saw me that they then went back to work. Obviously they did not want to serve anyone since no one answered and no one moved until I was leaving.
