As owners of an organic restaurant in northern Idaho, we seldom dine out because we can’t rely on the quality of ingredients offered at most places. This is the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had! Due to health issues, I have to follow a gluten-free diet, and this is one of the first gluten-free options that I've genuinely been excited to eat!

This restaurant is definitely best suited for takeout. The food is fantastic!

Sol is always my go-to. It’s consistently delicious, staff is kind, and their menu is inventive and fun for people who like to rotate what they order!! It’s really nice to have a pizza place around that I know uses organic and local ingredients, and their dough is the best. It’s 1000% worth it over any other pizza shop anywhere else.

I got a broccoli cheese pizza and it was delicious. I definitely will be going back.
