Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We took our family of five to the restaurant, and even though it wasn’t busy, we had a disappointing experience. One of our dishes was served raw, which I found unacceptable so close to my child. Another member of our party received insufficient food, and to make matters worse, I ended up with the wrong dish. The quality of the food was subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested, distracted by their phones, and difficult to reach for help. Given the $14 burger menu, I can’t see us returning.

Delicious food, prompt and friendly service! The lady who picked my table was pleasant and Mike the waiter was quick on his feet! Excellent job on my birthday sandwich and sweet potato fries!

This used to be a go to spot for our family. We continued to support them during the pandemic with to go orders. We had a couple of bad experiences after that have kept us away for months.The first one was our group of 7 (my husband and our children being turned away at the door because they “couldn’t serve us” due to staffing issues. But they continued letting people in behind us in smaller groups that still would have equaled 7 people. They offered us to go but we did not want to sit and eat in our car, we came to sit and eat.Months pass and I decided to give them another shot. This time it was my husband and only 2 of our kids. No issues with being seated. The dining room looked a little rough though, and not taken care of. (New management? Now I know that there are shortages everywhere for employees, but an eating establishment should have certain standards. Our waitress came to the table with hair that looked like it hadn’t been washed in days. We could literally see stuff all through it. Her fingernails all had dirt under them. She was overall unkempt. I almost ran out but just kept praying that she would have no contact with our food. The food wasn’t hot as usual and we had horrible service otherwise. We have not been back since.In the six plus months that have passed, I’ve missed my once a month trip there but have decided not to take a chance. I hope they fix this location, it used to be SO GOOD!!

Went in there last Sunday for lunch. they were shorthanded and never told us when we in. Took over 45 minutes to get our meal. We are walking out when the meal came. Should have walk out. Fries under done. Wife's veggies under done. Fish cold. They should have info the people that they were shorthanded and let us make the decision to stay. The waitress told us 5 people called off. Done with Dead Robin.
