Wendy's - North Brunswick

Staff is fairly slow, to be fair I did go fairly late at night. Ordered a biggie bag but the fries were cold. Usually they are fairly warm to the touch but these felt closer to room temp. Lady on the drive through phone sounded a little tired, but then again it could be that it’s late. Overall it was an average experience. Gave 3 stars due to the fries and lack of proactiveness by the staff when asking for our order

Wow all the burgers have shrunk. Sad ? but the spicy chicken burger was ok not spicy at all.Food: 3/5

The north Brunswick Wendy’s was pretty disappointing today Aug 2, 2023 @1:00p. I just left the location after ordering a simple lunch and requesting the burger freshly made and to include sour cream and butter w my potato w chives. I even said if you need me to pull over and wait -at drive up- I didn’t mind. The window person apparently ignoring my request just replied w the $19 charge. Again I asked for a fresh made Jr cheeseburger. Cashier replied ok. I was kind and mannered dealing w the employees by saying please and thank you. I was hoping they’d notice and provide food the way I requested. I got home and forget about it, burger old dried and shriveled. No sour cream or butter included w potato and my Dr Pepper was flat. I was actually surprised because other locations aren’t as tacky from my experience. Customer retention isn’t taught as a part of their training in North Brunswick poor service. Disgusting service and food. I’ll stick w McDonald’s.

Don't place mobile orders carry on, you just wasting your time the will just fill drive thru orders and leave yours till the end I had to wait for 30 mins or more to get my order today,Food: 3/5

My Cobb salad looks as if it is so old with decaying tomatoes and and cheeses melting from the tomato juice. I wonder if I were to test for bacterial level how high and what bacteria would be discovered in my salad.Food: 2/5
