Papa John's Pizza #3210)

On 4/6/22 at 6:34 pm, I called the store and requested curbside delivery as advertised. I infomed a lady who picked up the phone that I injured my leg so I requested curbside pick up. The lady told me that nobody was available to help me and hung up. Isthis how they would treat a disabled person? I am glad that I am not disabled because this store would not have accommodated myrequest. Corporate Office will hear about this.

I placed a pickup order, and the food was delicious and fresh. The woman at the counter was very friendly. I’ll definitely be returning!

I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times and have always been pleased with my meals. However, today my order was prepared with the wrong ingredients. I understand that mistakes happen, especially when they're busy. The staff member I spoke to was quick to acknowledge the error, assuring me it was an honest mistake and that she would send the correct order right away. It’s this kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to this place. The woman who takes phone orders is always friendly and sincere. Even though the weather was bad today and they only had a van for deliveries, she mentioned it might take a little longer. Yet, they still managed to deliver my order ahead of schedule! It's such attentive service that makes me want to order from here time and again!

Terrible, terrible customer service! I generally like Papa John's, but I will never order from this location again. A lack of language skills is no excuse for poor service. I ordered four extra-large pizzas and requested additional garlic sauce. The response? No. I asked if I could purchase extra sauce. Again, the response was simply no—without any explanation or reasoning. Just a flat no.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pizza place. They refused to deliver my pizza to a carnival lot and were extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. They claimed that the delivery driver didn't exist, but the driver actually called me to ask for my exact location. After that, he called me back to inform me that his manager had canceled my order.
