It 's a good sandwich, but overpriced.Then they add on a nearly $2 service charge for using the mobile app, and don 't give you any points to use in the future.So you spend MORE money to use the app, instead of saving money.Hell of a business model.Today I placed a mobile order.Girl at drive-thru seemed not to speak English fluently.Repeated my name about 10 times, then she finally got it.When I pulled the sandwich out of my bag, it instantly fell apart everywhere.They did not bother to seal the wrapper for my to-go order, or even to fold it in a somewhat secure manner.Sad, but it doesn 't live up to its formerly good reputation anymore, as an established local/regional sandwich shop.I will NOT be returning any time soon.

While I've always been a fervent fan of Schlotzsky's and their unique sandwich offerings, my recent experiences have left me sorely disappointed. The once crispy yet perfectly soft bread now arrives rock hard and haphazardly tossed into the bag, devoid of any care or attention. Literally thrown in the bag. Not wrapped st all. It's evident that the quality of ingredients has plummeted, with what was once distinctive smoked turkey now tasting suspiciously like the ordinary variety. To add insult to injury, the portion sizes for soups have drastically shrunk, while prices continue to climb. It's disheartening to witness a decline in a once-beloved establishment, and unless significant improvements are made, I fear I'll have to take my sandwich cravings elsewhere.

I always go for a vegie flat bread. I love it!And the service, at this place in particular, is always good.
