What a wonderful surprise that Nick D. went above and beyond to assist me while at the Hyatt! Being downtown, parking and getting around can be stressful and Nick made it a seamless experience! Thanks Nick! You’re an asset to the hotels and guests! Wish there were more people as professional and service oriented as you!

Extremely disappointing experience. Stayed here for the weekend to attend a family event and I expected a much better stay given the sterling ratings. My biggest complaint is with the plumbing. The sink would not drain, the water would come back up (with hair). It was disgusting. The shower didn’t work right (it also would not drain, the water temperature fluctuated wildly between hot and cold, and the water pressure was extremely low). My other complaint was with the room quality. The walls were very thin and this resulted in a lot of noise pollution. It made sleeping at night very difficult. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area that offer the same location benefits.

Valet service was incredible. Nick was excellent quick and a perfect parallel Parker! We got our car and before we could drive off he was already down the street taking care of the next customer. Thank you for the excellent service
