We discovered a hidden gem in the vegan dining scene. This restaurant has only been open for three weeks, but they are already making a mark. The service was a bit slow, but the vegan ice cream we tried was delicious. The other dishes we ordered were not as impressive, particularly a vegetarian option that didn't taste great without cheese. We recommended a few vegan cheese brands for them to try out.
