Sports Social Bethesda - North Bethesda

Incredibly big screen. but not a great place to watch sports, because you can hardly hear about the extremely loud music. at 8-9 pm during a game 7 playoff game. they laughing from the music for 1 last minute of the game turned off 7. a minute. the food was decent. bierliste might be better, but not bad.

We sat for 30 mins with no server coming to the table until I flagged one down. Once we started ordering, server said drinks and food we wanted were not available, the kitchen and bar were out Took forever for food and drink to come to the table, food was alright but not hot. Got served nachos and had no plates to eat off of, then were given 3 plates for a party of 4. The air wasn't on and temperature/humidity was over 85 degrees so we were sweating. Not a good experience.

Seems like a good sports bar. Maybe not quite a brunch place. Two of our entrees were missing about half of their ingredients (avocado, feta, green onion, hollandaise sauce, and tomatoes), and the 3rd entree was almost correct, but missing the hot sauce (key for a spicy chicken sandwich). Staff was very nice, the kitchen fixed our meals. I will give it another try, but probably get something like chicken wings.

Our server was really nice and attentive. The host that sat me down was really kind. However, the ambiance was terrible. There were a few games playing and somehow whoever is in charge of playing the music, does a really poor job because the noise level was unnecessarily loud and off beat. The music would go up so loud and come back down numerous times. The food was SO bland and the drinks were pretty watered down. My chicken was so unseasoned. I ate less than half and did not take home my leftovers. I wouldn’t go back here again. Honestly. I could overlook the noise and how disorganized their music was but I can’t look past the unseasoned food. The drink was pretty. But that’s about all it had going for it.
