Chick-fil-a - North Bethesda

My entire meal was cold and my chicken was undercooked. Unacceptable. I don’t know who the night shift manager is but this should be inspected properly before handing food to people.

Sadly, had a very poor interaction ordering and a longer wait than everyone else to get well done tenders. Sighing is not part of my pleasure when asking the clerk to repeat herself in the loud mall.

Ordered 2 kids meals an a #2. It cost $26. Took it to my car, just to realize they didn't give me the kids drinks. The meal is $7...so I paid $14 for 10 nuggets a fruit cup and a small fry.

Was treated very rude disrespectful. I submitted a pick up order and there was a confusion with the app. I waited over a long time asked for help after I was told I was going to be helped. Charlemagne was going to bring out the food. He did everything possible to ignore me, and not acknowledge me. He did not take the time to explain what the issue was or bother to even resolve it the worst experience ever I experienced from Chick-fil-A. I reached out to ask what’s going on nothing

I love chick fil a, but I was very disappointed when I ordered 8pc nuggets and medium fries. Later when I got home I got food poisoning from the food.
