Twiggs - North Bay

Im really just unimpressed with this establishment it used to be much nicer. Last time I went in I got a sour cream coffee and a customer came up behind me and blew drugs on me while I waited for my order.

The first time I entered this small coffee shop, I went to the counter to order but there was no one else in the store. I was the only person waiting. After waiting for 5 minutes without being acknowledged or served, I left. Despite several employees walking past me, none of them said hello or indicated that they would help me. It was clear they had no interest in serving customers. This was my only experience at this place and I will not be returning. I have no idea how they are still in business. Do not come here, eat elsewhere. They do not value your business.

I ordered a fruit bowl and waited over 20 minutes for it to be served. Unfortunately, when I started eating, I discovered that most of the fruits were spoiled. The grapes were visibly rotten and the pineapple was turning brown.

Terrible customer service, waited in drive through for 10 minutes with no line. Drink tasted awful and was overpriced. Clearly was the workers as I have had the same drink at other locations and it was great. Will not be returning, lost my business.

Lovely coffee shop. Good selection of delicious pastries, breakfast type items and sandwiches. Tasty coffees, plain or fancy. Very similar to the Coffee Culture shops where we live. Enjoyed, look forward to our return. Busy place, parking limited.
