Tim Hortons - North Bay

Worst customer service ever. Every employee seem to hate their job and they can never complete my order. Always missing something. Management need to step it up at this facility because it's very disappointing. Seems to be a big lack of training.

I just get a tea here from time to time.The service was quick and my tes was made perfect I also got a bagel toasted just right plenty of butter but not to much.Good work Timmy's.

This is the best Tim Horton’s store in North Bay, in my opinion. For a busy location, both the drive-thru and in-store service is top-notch. Friendly and efficient.

Few employees there, provide a low customer service, sometimes I have to wait like 20 mins for an ice cap or a sandwich despite the store is almost empty.

Good service but a little complicated having to go threw paking lot of grocery store to get in and out.
