Pizza Hut North Bay

This is a typical pizza hut chain store. The exterior of the building, especially landscaping is in much need of attention. You get what you expect from this store for a bit more than you want to pay. With so many excellent local independent pizza shops in the area with better pizza, I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here.

I used to really enjoy Pizza Hut in North Bay. Quality and service declined over the past few year to which I contributed to the pandemic. We were doing take out and our last few orders were missing item so I starting checking my order in the store and found problems which when confronted were corrected. My last order, and I do mean last, were absolutely terrible.

They put way too much cheese on the pizza, really salty bread sticks, uneven coating of sauce on the chicken wings. The cheese was too much we had to deconstruct the pizza. It was a last minute choice to eat here but might be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve eaten at.

The owner is a theif and a liar. I placed an order online and canceled it within 2 minutes. I was told they would refund my money and it has been a month. He is not returning phone calls and hides behind his staff. Pretty pathetic an owner of a Franchise treats his customers this way.

Had a really bad customer service experience when you pay for something you should get a quality product and a good customer service this is what normal everyone expects. Please who ever you are hiring give them proper training to be humble and truthful with the customer.
