Golden China - North Bay

My wife I decided to try this place after our regular place shut-down for renovations.We never had a problem placing an order or having to deal with the "new management". The food to say the least was appalling. Flavorless and bland. You have to go searching to find the chicken in the chicken balls as there is about an inch of batter. The sweet and sour sauce if you want to call it that is merely liquidy ketchup and tasty pretty much like ketchup. Our food was cooked properly it just lacked an resemblance of flavor. I decided about a month or two later to give them another shot, thinking the new management hadn't settled in yet. I was wrong, the food is still bad.

Good service and the food is great quality for the price. The location can be difficult to get into and out but it is worth the extra caution of the traffic flow. Love the Barb-b-q chicken wings!!!

I ordered for dinner for one and ordered number 2....it says it comes with beef chow mein...i did not get this when it was delivered i called to complain and they will not even look at the website to look into it or to even try to fix the problem..instead the lady hung up on me.....im a paying customer and have always used this restaurant...this will be my last time!!!!!!!!

We ordered food for about 4 people, food was delicious but the service was absolutely terrible. They request you pay over the phone with credit cards (which is already not okay) and insisted my credit card wasn't working after 4 tries.... So we got different card that worked perfectly fine. After waiting and hour and a half for our food we received it. The next day we were charged on both credit cards for the same amount! I called the store to let them know they charged us twice and the constant disagreed and hung up on me... once again terrible service.

Last night my husband and I decided to order Chinese food, as we had some company over. The food was disgusting. No flavour, chicken wasn't cooked and their was hair in the chicken balls. NEVER Will we order from there again.
