Przekaż informację zwrotnąHORRIBLE customer service at this location. Rude staff that is condescending when told they made a mistake. I’m sorry but when I am paying $10 for ice cream I would at least like it to be what I ordered. And when I brought it back to complain they told me I ordered it wrong. Yet my receipt said exactly what I ordered. Which is what I wanted I always get the same exact thing. When asked for it to be remade I saw 3 or 4 staff members around my blizzard looking at me and laughing. I have never had a worse experience anywhere in my life. Definitely need better customer service
Ordered a blizzard with a peanut allergy, most DQ locations will wash the machine right in front of you and you can tell if they did cause the ice cream is a little watery.... Anyway got the blizzard and ended up spitting out a piece of peanut from a cookie dough Blizzard... Called the location and the manager kept saying she thinks that they washed and sanitized the machine if it was washed up to health organization standards there wouldn 't be ANY peanut chunks..... Don 't recommend this location if you have allergies!!
Ordered a custom cake on like that was a stock image, upon arrival in store they charged me additional for the deco that was already listed on the cake I had ordered. Then argued with me that it wasn 't included and no where in comments did I request the spray paint as I ordered a stock image cakeVery disappointed and will be shopping else where for cakes as this is not the first time this has happened
While ordering a few treats at the drive-thru, I noticed an extra $2.xx charge on the screen called snack deal . I know it wasn 't being calculated as a discount because the total was more than it should have been. When I got to the window, I asked for an itemized bill for the order, so I could make sure I wasn 't being overcharged before paying. However, the cashier insisted that I pay before seeing my bill. After a minute or so of getting nowhere, I left without the treats.
NOTE: This review is for Dairy Queen of Cary, North Carolina! ATTENTION IN-N-OUT FANATICS LIVING ON THE EAST COAST! After enjoying many IN-N-Out burgers during to trips to Las Vegas and the SF Bay Area, I believe I have found a fast-food burger here in the Southeast that gives an IN-N-Out burger a run for its money. Where, you ask? At Diary Queen. Yes, Dairy Queen! The first time I went there, I ordered my test case configured burger: no cheese, no ketchup, no mustard, no pickles, no mayo. Lettuce, tomato, and onion only. After two bites I thought, this burger is as good as any I 've had at IN-N-OUT. Most important, by my recollection the meat tastes about the same, If you go to Dairy Queen to try a burger, please be aware that they add the following condiments by default: ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles. If you don 't want any or all of these, be sure and tell the order taker. While you 're there you can also try the many ice cream treats Dairy Queen is better known for. I 'm sorry but I don 't know whether Dairy Queen offers anything resembling the secret specialty sides (chili cheese fries, etc. of IN-N-OUT. I 've never attempted to order anything like that. I 'm happy with just the burger... and perhaps a kiddie cone afterward. So the secret 's out: Dairy Queen 's burgers, in my opinion, rank right up there with those of IN-N-OUT. Bottom Line: If you have a hankering for an IN-N-OUT burger, please note that the closest IN-N-OUT is located in Rockwall TX! Way too much of a schlep for the average Joe. So, you East Coasters, next time you think of fast-food burgers, start thinking Dairy Queen.
