Great hotel and magnificent sea view from the hotel room. eating was amazing. had a 3-course menu and it was on site. If I lived in ardrossan, I would eat here regularly. the best I had in the old one! the staff are all beautiful, helpful and friendly from the receptionist to the night porter! will be back to any case.

Great eating, huge portions, I can't blame this place. service was the first class, eating piping hot, cozy atmosphere great choice on menu. 1 of my favorites and I will definitely return.

Room was immaculate. the meal was nice and the service was good. it didn't have to wait long between the curses, but don't feel rushed. that was the same to the breakfast. the only negative point was that no one was at the reception when they checked in and checked out. joanna was the most helpful at both locations while still served in the bar/restaurant. she seemed to be the only person. 10/10.

Went to my daughters baby shower in the Lauriston the room we were in was large enough for 30 people and they let us decorate it and dress the table so made it more personal the staff were friendly and helpful .
