There is literally always something wrong with my order, but never wrong enough that I can't eat it
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I received burnt pizza, and although they promised to make it right, they completely forgot about it. When I called a couple of weeks later to address the issue, they refused to help. It feels like they just take your money without any concern for customer satisfaction. The afternoon assistant manager on December 4, 2022, was quite rude and unhelpful. She wouldn't listen or attempt to resolve the problem. I’m baffled as to how she holds a management position, as she seems to be ineffectual.
I would recommend choosing a different place or just skipping it altogether! They seemed to have delivered to the wrong city. The pizza was terrible, and everything was cold by the time it arrived. I paid for four drinks, but the driver only brought two. He said he would return with the others, but he never did. Now that they're closed, I'll be calling tomorrow to get a refund.
When I spoke with the manager and asked if they could waive the fee since it was going to the same address for the same person, he said he couldn't do that because it was a separate order. Having worked in the industry before, I know that the systems at the counter can be adjusted, and it would have been easy to remove the fee, especially since I was paying with a card. It felt like they were just being unaccommodating. I definitely won’t be returning to this Domino's and most likely not to any others either. I know it sounds extreme, but I can't support businesses with such frustrating policies.
