We were greeted by a very friendly staff member and all other staff we interacted with were equally friendly. All of our meals were excellent too. We will definitely be back!

Having read some previous reviews, was not expecting anything great. I was in a group booking for a Saturday lunch and could not fault the service or the food. Drinks were ordered at the bar and promptly served. The meal order processed without incident for our table of 10+. The staff were friendly and efficient. My order was kangaroo fillet from the special menu, the kangaroo was cooked perfectly and the flavour of the jus was one of the best I have tasted. When in a larger group, being able to pay your bill individually is a bonus, and this is an option at the British. Would happily return.
