Bailey's Bakery - North Adams

Bailey's Bakery is a charming spot to grab a coffee and some delectable baked treats. They created a cake for a special occasion, and we had a tough time deciding which combinations of cakes and fillings to choose from because they all looked so tempting. In the end, we opted for cupcakes so we could sample a few different varieties. The cake was delivered to us and beautifully decorated. Simply put, Bailey's Bakery serves the most fantastic cakes around.

I flew in from out of town for a bridal shower and was tasked with finding a bakery for the event. I had a wonderful experience ordering cupcakes with Erika that I called back the next day to order pastries for breakfast. All of the gluten-free options were delicious, including the muffins, turnovers, and lemon cupcakes. I will definitely stop by again when I visit North Adams in the future!

We are so thankful that we decided to order our special occasion cake and cupcakes from Erica at Bailey's Bakery. The end result exceeded our expectations! Erica provided us with a lovely cake tasting box to take home, allowing us to sample different cake, frosting, and filling combinations. We couldn't choose just one flavor (they were all so tasty), so we ended up with cupcakes in multiple flavors and a beautifully sliced cake in our top choice. Erica showcases incredible talent in her cake making, and her passion for her craft shines through in every bite. We feel fortunate to have such a fantastic local bakery right here in North Adams!

Had one of the best cumblings of my life here. everything else we got was also amazing, including cookies and muffins. super friendly and really reasonable prices.

Stopped here by chance while traveling thru the area, attracted by the heavenly smell of deep rich chocolate. Turned out a chocolate marble cake just came out of the oven! Walked out with one of the BEST pumpkin muffins I've ever had spicy, moist, not too sweet. Treat yourself! It's so good!
