Panera Bread - Norristown

Very dirty! Hope people that works there use deodorant cause one guy that I ask for help man the smell can take the paint out of the wall. Hygiene would help especially in the food industry.

Food is very good and it is relaxing there but the women's bathroom looks like a war zone. If your employees are too busy to clean it, contract with a cleaning firm to come in 2 to 3 times a day to freshen it up. It was a blood bath and really unacceptable considering the folks who cook the food have to use it too.

Couldn't ask for more helpful staff!And my order is always hot and fresh ready when i get here.

Do not use to cater your events. Scheduled a delivery 3 days ahead of time for an important onsite meeting with outside vendors. Paid $44.44 in delivery fee and tip. Delivery was an hour late, and delivered/dropped off our order to the wrong location. If that wasn’t enough, some of our food items were delivered completely uncovered/unwrapped, just thrown in an open carrying box (and again, to the wrong location. . When speaking to the manager, he credited $35 for the coffee and tea (which cost pennies to make , because if he credited any more, he would loose money on the order, even after acknowledging how bad their mistakes were. Terrible customer service all the way around.

Love this place but just a little too expensive for me
