Los Arcos Mexican - Norristown

Wow, what a fantastic hidden gem! I visited based on a friend's recommendation, and it definitely lived up to the hype. While there's nothing wrong with Tex-Mex, sometimes you just crave authentic Mexican cuisine, and this place truly delivers. Plus, they serve Horchata! If you haven't tried this delicious drink yet, it's a must-add to your list of guilty pleasures. The waitstaff was wonderful and very accommodating for our group of seven, handling our separate checks without any issues.

It's not authentic Mexican food, but for a Mexican, it's quite good.

Overall, my experience was genuine. As an African American, I sensed some surprise because I don’t speak Spanish, and the restaurant caters primarily to the Mexican community. However, the food was delicious, and I appreciate that they made an effort to serve me.

Amazing! I'm so thrilled to have discovered a great Molcajete—it was difficult to find one like this since I've had it a few times in another state. I will definitely be coming back. The guacamole was also excellent!

Absolutely delicious! We sampled a variety of dishes from the menu, and while the wait for our order and service was longer than anticipated, it was well worth it. Everything we tried was fantastic. We’re definitely planning to return to taste some of the standard menu items we saw other diners enjoying. The dessert plantains, however, were overwhelmed by sweet sauces and chocolate—definitely not what we expected, but we still managed to finish them!
