It was very disappointing to pay for a meal only to find someone else's hair in it. I called the establishment and asked to speak to a manager. A different employee answered, but he was not the manager and seemed unconcerned about the situation. He claimed that none of the employees had long hair so it couldn't have been one of them. The rude employee eventually hung up on me. I tried once more to speak to a manager, but encountered the same unhelpful attitude. This location has terrible customer service and has lost the business of my friends and family. This incident occurred on 06/05/22 at 4:48pm. Both employees refused to provide me with the manager's name or contact information.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! The employees are rude and unhelpful. They shouldn't act all high and mighty when they receive the same treatment in return.
I was really looking forward to trying Potbelly after being in America for some time. Everyone at my job raved about the sandwiches at Potbelly, so I decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The sandwich I ordered, the Wreck, had very small meat slices, hardly any cheese, and no salad. For the price of $12, I expected a footlong sandwich filled with ingredients, but that was not the case. I was very unsatisfied. In my opinion, Subway is the top fast food sandwich shop because they offer a wide variety of ingredients and well-seasoned sandwiches (and no, I do not work for Subway, so this is an unbiased opinion). However, I did enjoy Potbelly's shakes. They were delicious.
It is two on the afternoon and they are made of suppe and ingredients. how? the manager has to manage.
