Min Palace Chinese Thai - NORMANVILLE

I have worked for about 20 years in the hospitality of small restaurants up to 5 stars hotels and I have never experienced such inattentive employees. we have been sitting here for over 40 minutes to make eye contact and they seem to get out of their way, not to do anything. it's not even busy. they simply walk from the bar into the kitchen and back again, chat and don't wear anything. none of them does any 'spoting' (checking to see if you need some section) gran had to get up and ask for some service. after 55 minutes to be ignored. then they took the next course without deleting the plates from the previous ones! they just knocked them down next to the dirty straight. what an experience!

Ordered about 6 meals 10 minutes before they closed on a saturday night as they were the only ones open, food was great, service was great and I'd come back to dine in when we're in the area! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–20
