Subway - Normandy Park

Terrible service, food gone down Hill. Doesn't open on time. Arrived at opening time and was in a hurry. The staff member told me they needed at least 10 more minutes until they could open. Closed door and walked away.

The Hispanic lady was very friendly. Great customer service!

My son absolutely loves Subway but there is this guy that works there that either talks our ear off about non sense or is rude to us complaining that we are taking up his time. I will continue to go to Subway but definitely not this location because of this guy. If he no longer works there, please let me know so I can go back cause it's cery conveniently located.

I’ve done 3 on line orders at this location,every time has been a joke, order is not even close to what was ordered. Today was the final straw. I am not the guy to post, but seriously , it’s like they purposely mess up the order so folks don’t order online. Both sandwiches were completely wrong, like made no sense.When ordering online, you get better deals, so I totally feel like it’s happening on purpose .

Love how friendly Erika is when you walk into the store. She has always made my sandwiches well and makes sure that they are correct before we are finished with our orders.
