Ordered two bagels! One burnt and the other had wrong cream cheese! Sadly this was my fav breakfast go 2

For many years, Old School Bagel Cafe was my go-to spot for a breakfast treat. However, it has recently changed to The Bagel Factory, and while the ambiance remains familiar, the food has noticeably declined in quality. It seems they're now using much lower-quality ingredients, and my breakfast bagel sandwich was drenched in butter—something they never did before. This made the sandwich taste cheap and unhealthy, reminiscent of something you'd pick up at a gas station.

Never had any issues when this location when it was Old School Bagels but it seems that since it changed to the Bagel Factory, a subtle change to the everything bagel is very disappointing. It doesn't have very much seasoning on it. Before, it was covered in it which I love. Minor to some but a big deal to me!

The atmosphere is wonderfully warm and cozy, with ample space and a variety of seating options that create an inviting feeling rather than feeling overly spacious. I ordered a toasted breakfast bagel sandwich, and it was incredible. I also had a hot caramel latte, which was excellent as well! I highly recommend this place.
