Logan's Roadhouse - Norman

John ellifritt and I were here. unze ribeye was dollar and terrible. none of the other food was also very good. service was decent, but for dollar meal and none of us would like our meals, we would not recommend it to many people. we had ripening the baby backs that didn't fall from the bone, polierwurst was dry, ribeye was rode and full of fat in the middle of the steak.

Burger was very good. Under cooked fries and as you can see the tomato is not prepared correctly. Told the manager and he looked shocked that I actually told him the truth. He could have cared less. Had coke but was server diet coke out of refills. The waiter blames it on someone switched the hoses by accident.

I have been to Logan's in Norman a total of 4 times. The steaks were messed up every time, and each time I left very unhappy. I can't compare this Logan's to any others but stay away from the one in Norman unless you just want a drink and some peanuts. The last time I went there I asked for a rib eye medium rare it came to me very well done. The Mgr apologized and brought me another well done rib eye. He got upset with the kitchen and brought me a very rare steak. I asked him why they call themselves a steak house if they can't get a steak right in 3 tries. He responded by telling me they were a roadhouse not a steak house. I paid for my Coke and left hungry. Got a great meal next door at Cheddars.

The service was excellent! For the price and portions, this is a good option. With my 6oz sirloin, I also got a salad and a side for only $11. It was cooked to my preference. You get complimentary rolls and butter. The chicken tenders are good. The mac and cheese isn't bad. I definitely liked the house salad.

This store seems a bit hurried and not nearly as service oriented as the one in Midwest City on I-40. I think this carries over to their food taste and presentation. It is not terrible, but after seeing stores that perform well I am a bit underwhelmed by this one.
