Ihop - Norman

The fried steak breakfast ordered, the meat was good, the ruche with cheese, bevelled and paprika were on the spot and I got kartoffel instead of hatchbrown. if I could have ordered this from the app, but they can not make that many changes and add and subtract on their own faust in the app, so I had to call. nice and polite, only they told me that their computers were down. I was sad, but then he tells me he can take my orders and did it when I get there. happy again! So I order my food and added 2 drinks. with my meal I get 2 pancakes, and I asked if I could replace them for the new lemon ricotta pancakes, and he says yes, if I sign myself for my scary, it's $40 with tipp. he had added a whole stack of special edition pancakes and still the 2 with my meal. had to throw away the whole stack. I hate throwing money away. but my fault not to check my order. the gravure was not the best. but I still loved it. thank you ihop!

That was delicious. I have a protein sprinkle and mushroom omelette and my mother got a ham and cheese omelette. both came with a short stack of pancakes. the only problem I had was how long it took until our order came to the table. the restaurant had only a few tables since it was around 19:45 clock, but it took twenty minutes to get our food.

Although it was really busy, we could sit quickly and eat very quickly. the food was good, hot and the service was excellent. great prices to eat.

At a Sunday night at 9 o'clock here stopped, home to texas from missouri. the service manager greeted us, sat us and took our drinks orders. he let us know they were short-handed with just one waitress. since we are 3 of us on the road, we have all worked at one or the other point in food service, understood and we are ready to be patient. the waitress leigh brought us our drinks and took our order on a timely way, despite what the manager said and to visit the other customers. she was very nice and respectful. Finally another waitress went in and helped the next group of people who came but not 15 minutes after the show she went out and asked leigh to watch her table. leigh said ok in a friendly ton. I was so impressed by her that she treated everything like a boss! I didn't hear a boar of customers, she got all orders and refills for everyone, fled like a little slender around. it was refreshing to see that she kept her in such a stressful situation. leigh is the reason. ihop, give the girl a raise!

The serving staff was absolutely fantastic. Even started out the morning with light humor. The food was good and reasonably priced. The restrooms were clean and so was the lobby. I would recommend thia IHop to anyone...
