Chili's Grill & Bar - Norman

A chili is for norman? with so many excellent and unique places to choose from in norman is the question why a chili in norman it is not so that there is a love of the place with better eating, nor there is a lack of places that are open late. in the tat chili’s is not really opening all the late. the menu is dated and although in the years later the device is no longer trendy. I like two items on their menu the skillet queso and the chips salsa (which also come with the skillet queso). there would have been a third product, the chocolate shaker, but that went a while ago. her salsa always tastes so fresh. I doubt that it is, but I would like to know who bottle they can get out! the skillet queso is quite a lot velveta and wolf brand chili but her is always so much better than home likely because I didn't have to do it.

Lately there were a few times where we were not very enthusiastic about our service and eating at chili here in norman. was not sure what was going on, because it wasn't like that before. but tonight was pretty good. the endless enchiladas were better than expected and our waiter, cody, was a real doll and looked after us well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Eat took out forever, we had a order of great mouths served us, which were stoned, as hard as a rock. the food runner who brought out the food, said we were out and nothing else. each court had a missing side. bands were very hard at the edges. the manager has compiled the big mouthpieces. I don't care we had to pay anything. we haven't eaten, and when food comes out of the kitchen, I can't trust anything else. this is very regrettable, very doubtful we will ever be back to this place.

On a Friday afternoon, wait 20 minutes, as I could clearly see 15 empty tables in the dining area, 5 in the bar, but was said they were not ready, but we could sit on the bar. we order (the single bar person who tried her best), our order comes out, it is a 5 on a 1-10 scale until the girl finds next to us a creature that holds out of her taco. bam appetit makes us quite fast. When I came home, I didn't feel very good, but chili did it on the dont eat there list.

The staff is as inept as the manager. It took almost an hour to receive my somewhat warm that was under cooked. The entire experience was subpar. The staff spent more time making excuses for poor service than they did trying to improve it. This location really need to improve from the top down. Until improvements to staff are made these problems will continue. Not only will I post this I will also via word of mouth let people know about these issues. It was ridiculous
